Sugimoto Tokyo Skytree Sukiyaki review


We were walking around the Hotel and decided to visit the Tokyo Skytree for dinner




There's a big signboard of the restaurant

Chawanmushi - Japanese Steam Egg come with the set


The raw egg is to eat with the beef later


A salad was given as well


There's an instruction to how to eat 


The A5 Miyazaki Wagyu beef slice with a fat cube


There was various of assorted vegetables come with the sukiyaki set, there was leeks, onions, mushrooms and etc


The server help to heat up the pot


The melt the waygu fat cube on the pot


She was then bring us rice, miso soup and japanese pickles 


She then add the waygu beef slices to the pot


And adding the sukiyaki sauce


We requested the beef to cook medium rare


She then took the beef out and add in the vegetables





The beef eaten with raw egg


The dessert was ice cream


And oolong tea
