Thai Airways Royal Silk Lounge Concourse D Suvarnabhumi Airport Bangkok

Thai Airways have several lounges in Bangkok airport. I will be showing the Thai Airways Royal Silk Lounge Concourse D in this post.

The Thai Airways Check in area

The Business Class check in area. There were a lot of counters open, therefore the check in was very fast.

The Priority Lane in Bangkok Airport. Only Thai airways first and business class passengers can use this priority lane.

We went to go VAT refund before going to the lounge.

The VAT refund counter.

After we have done the VAT refund, we walked back to the entrance of the Thai Airways Royal Silk Lounge.

We have to talk the escalator to go one floor down. The entrance is right next the the escalator and a staff were there to check our boarding pass.

Verdict:

Thai Airways Royal Silk Lounge is definitely a solid business class lounge, however the lounge was really hot due to the summer in Bangkok. It was a good touch that they added on portable fans and air conditioning around the lounge to cool the temperature down.
