We have booked a private room as the main room was fulled during our visits. I have booked the restaurant 1 months in advanced. We have arrived 15 minutes earlier than the booking time and the table was already ready. The server gave us a warm welcome and show us the table next door behind the hotel bar. She then collected our coats and show us the menu.
The restaurant has provided few tasting menus and we have chosen the "Insights" Tasting Menu and pair with the excellent wines.
