Hakkasan Mayfair - A Michelin Starred Chinese Restaurant


The seating arrangement at the Hakkasan Mayfair.


Supreme dim sum platter - gold leaf lychee and lobster dumpling, abalone and chicken shumai with caviar, royal king crab jade dumpling, dover sole dumpling with black truffle


Crispy fresh water prawn with dried chilli and cashew nut


Hakkasan Mayfair exclusive: wok-fried pork belly with lychee, plum and kumquat. I love the pork belly with the sweetness of the lychee taste


Black truffle roasted duck with tea plant mushroom. It's not your usual roasted duck, but the truffle taste was so strong.


Stir fry black pepper yellow bean with sugar snap, we decided to order one vegetarian dish and it turned out so well.


Roasted silver cod with champagne and honey. Can't really taste the champagne to be honest but it was super delicious


Spring onion and egg fried rice


Dessert: Zhou Xi Plum. It's represents an important symbol in Chinese culture.


Chocolate dessert


Dessert: Bergamot and chestnut dome, served with a tangy citrus and Woodford reserve bourbon ice cream
